Jon Walz

Owner & Certified Master Inspector

Jon Walz is a co-owner of Best Choice Inspections with his wife Natalie Walz. Jon is a certified master inspector with the Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association, has over 10 years of inspection experience, and has completed more than 5,000 home, stucco, mold, and specialty inspections.

Jon’s strongest attributes are his thoroughness and ability to effectively communicate with clients. He genuinely enjoys helping people find the right home. Since no house is perfect, Jon provides valuable advice that can help make your new home as perfect as possible. Jon and Natalie help in the Knoxville community and have three wonderful children.

Tanner lives in Corryton with his lovely wife, Ashley, and their sweet daughter, Amelia.

Shane Bull

Shane Bull is the newest member of our team. Shane is an East Tennessee native with over 20 years of retail management experience. His attention to detail and analytical nature make Shane an excellent addition to our team. Shane has completed over 100 hours of training with Master Inspector and Owner, Jon Walz. He is committed to making your inspection experience a pleasant one in which you feel comfortable with your home’s condition. When not inspecting houses, he enjoys woodworking and spending time with his wife and three kids.

Liaison Jayne Walshaw

Inspection Coordinator / Realtor

Jayne’s friendly voice will greet you when you call to schedule your inspection. She has more than 30 years of experience in office management, customer service, and sales. Jayne and her “staff” dogs Bella and Lulu, will always provide you with superior service.

In her spare time, she enjoys painting nature scenes, bird watching, and visiting national and state parks.

Natalie Walz

Owner & Office Manager

Natalie is co-owner of Best Choice Inspections with her husband Jon Walz. With over 20 years of customer service and management experience, Natalie will use her skills to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. Natalie is happily married to Jon Walz and has three children and a Dobredore named Zelda. In her spare time she enjoys practicing martial arts, doing puzzles, learning French, and playing board games with her family.
