As a single woman, I often get talked down to (and swindled) by contractors and other home repair professionals. Jon did a wonderful job talking me through everything my home needs, and the "how and why" of which things need to be fixed. He went above and beyond answering my many questions and helping me form a plan of action for my repair needs. Jon and his team did an excellent job. From the initial phone call to completion of the inspection, all communication was timely and concise. Jon clearly described the possible causes and effects that could contribute to the issues we were concerned about. He provided solutions and recommendations on how to correct the issues. The electronic report they provided had detailed descriptions and multiple photos that would assist a repair person to fix the problem. We would definitely use this company again!
